Chef Tommy Stein
Over his two decades of working in high-end kitchens Tommy gained experience and skill, and also the knowledge that he is truly driven to cook from the heart. His belief is that great food can be crafted simply, with flavor and integrity, to be enjoyed with family and friends.
Alli Stein
Originally from British Columbia, Alli has worked in hospitality and the wine industry for all of her adult life. Though she pulls from her professional experience fostered here and overseas, it is the love and grit that she gained as a mother that has fortified her ability to build and grow her family's business.
We purposefully sought out an area where we can experience the connection between earth and hearth. We love this community of farmers, families, and entrepreneurs thriving in an outdoor-oriented lifestyle and look forward to feeding you!
